Italian 2011 Rugby Team

The Italian national Rugby Team nicked named the Azzurri (the blues) have been playing international rugby since the 1920s. They are considered to be in the top tier of European rugby.

They are currently ranked eleventh in the world by the IRB.

Italy have competed in every world cup but as of yet they have not proceeded past the first round.
