Unfortunately the USA did not qualify for the 2011 Rugby World Cup

The USA National Rugby Team nicked named the Tomahawks competed in numerous international games during the 1950s with little success.  They did not return to consistent competitions until 1987.
They are currently ranked thirteenth in the world.

 

USA Wines

America is the fourth largest wine producing country in the world after Italy, France and Spain.  The state of California produces the majority of wine and actually produces double the amount than the country of Australia.

There are a variety grape species in the America including Vitis labrusca, Vitis riparia, Vitis rotundifolia, Vitis vulpine and Vitis amurensis.  American does make some excellent wines but they struggle in the UK due to an image dominated by inexpensive factory produced brands.
